Answer to first question: I once met with a woman for what I thought was an interview regarding photography and modeling... but it turns out she thought it was a date, and then she totally unloaded (100% unsolicited) a pretty horrific story of how she had been abducted, sex trafficked and abused as a sex slave. It was absolutely awful.

Answer to second: I have no idea.

Is your wife with child? Are you going to be a dad? (I was thinking about another note I responded to yesterday. I did check if my son was breathing this morning because I was thinking about it and he sounded like he was asphyxiating on spit up.)

Wow Great !

I liked that...:)

My wife and I had to work at it for 9 months - but she was 40 and we were both very stressed...

Living in the USA I found that few people talk about sex with their partners...

But in NZ or Australia it was pretty normal... part of life . Not in a gross way but more like your story..

Thanks OB! I think people should talk about it more.

Haha, that was a fun read. Luckily my in-laws have never punished me by telling me any conception stories. You just did a shoutout for my husband’s book so I’ve been snooping around your Posts. Just subscribed and have been enjoying your stuff!

Thanks, that's the idea. Draw 'em in there. Who doesn't want to hear THAT story?

I enjoyed the story, the tenderness and well-established sense of place.

Read after "meta" and was delighted. Thanks for the call back to your older work that I likely wouldn't have explored otherwise.

Thanks Sara! That’s part of the idea, I’m so glad you went back and read this!
